Level II - Creating New LabTutor Experiments

Learn how to create your own LabTutor experiments in LabAuthor.

Course Length: Half Day

Assumed Knowledge & Experience: This course will suit:

• LabAuthor users who have completed the Level I - Introductory LabAuthor training course
• LabAuthor users already editing LabTutor experiments to suit their specific needs, who would now like to begin creating their own LabTutor experiments

Course Agenda & Learning Outcomes: At the end of this training course you will be able to:

• Design Experiment Pages - Lay out information within the page boundaries and add new content
• Add More Pages - Build your experiment by adding new pages and subpages
• Embed Function Controls & Media - Add items including Start buttons, Stimulator Panels, video and audio files
• Create Data Acquisition Exercises - Setup new recording panels by adjusting the settings in the LabTutor Kernel and adding example data
• Insert Tables & Graphs - Add data to tables and use it to plot graphs
• Set Report Exercises & Questions - Insert questions and link them to the relevant data recordings
