Corporate Giving Testimonials

"The Summer Program in Neuroscience and Ethics (SPINES) would like to thank ADInstruments for providing the Powerlab data acquisition systems for use in the neurophysiology portion of the course. The SPINES program specifically targets groups underrepresented in neuroscience and therefore the students have very diverse backgrounds. It is therefore very important to have an interface that is easily mastered in a short time period so the students can concentrate on the science and not the hardware. PowerLab fits our needs perfectly and we look forward to continued collaboration with ADInstruments."
Dr. Allen Mensinger, University of Minnesota

"We are pleased to partner with ADInstruments to enhance the training experience of our course and workshop attendees. The financial and in-kind support provided by ADInstruments will certainly help to provide excellent educational experiences at a reasonable cost to the scientific community year after year."
John Macauley, Ph.D. Senior Director of Courses and Conferences, The Jackson Laboratory

"We wanted to ensure that even though political fences were going up, we were still working to support science in all city and state public classrooms. If it had not been for the support of organizations and companies like ADInstruments, we would not be able to offer resources and training to the many very grateful science and math teachers."
Dana Gonzalez, New Orleans Regional Science and Math Center

"It's awesome to have a company like ADInstruments on board with us for the science outreach activities."
Jessica A. Clark, Ph.D. Assistant Professor of Surgery, Washington University School of Medicine

"Since 1992, Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience (FUN) Contributing Member-sponsored travel awards have supported the travel of 140 of the top undergraduate neuroscientists. ADinstruments has been one of the strongest and most consistent supporters of this program. For the past several years, they have supported the travel of two undergraduates to the Society for Neuroscience annual meeting. For undergraduates, this meeting often solidifies their choice to pursue research. Furthermore, the presentation of their research at this meeting significantly strengthens their application to graduate programs. This crucial experience for these students would not be possible without ADInstrument's financial support. Recently, ADInstruments has increased their commitment to science education by helping to develop an equipment loan program for FUN members. This program would provide a loan of ADInstrument's equipment free of charge for two years to qualifying faculty members. This loan will allow faculty at predominantly undergraduate institutions to pursue new research questions and provide research experiences for their undergraduates. Without this program, these faculty would likely not have the financial resources to develop these new areas of their research program. "
Christopher Korey, Ph.D. President, Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience Assistant Professor of Biology Program in Neuroscience College of Charleston

"We had a great summer program this year and wanted to thank you once again for allowing us to borrow equipment for our program. The students were amazed to see the effect of nerve stimulation on muscle force output and gained an appreciation for the coordination of neuromuscular activity. The competitor inside each of them enjoyed testing maximal handgrip strength and testing strength differences between the right and left sides, clearly illustrating their own strength dominance."Jill M. Slade, PhD Assistant Professor - Radiology Michigan State University
