Education workshop: 89th Annual Meeting of the Physiological Society of Japan, 29-31 March 2012
18th January 2012 - ADInstruments Japan will be demonstrating PowerLab research and education systems and the meeting's main exhibition. Additionally, the Education Committee of the Physiological Society of Japan will conduct Model Class Sessions consisting of a student lab component that highlights the use of PowerLab Teaching Systems in the investigation of nerve and muscle function in humans.

5th July 2011 - This past September, the Anatomy and Physiology teaching community lost a great friend, Prof. Salvatore 'Sam' Drogo; long-time HAPS member, dedicated and innovative educator, and fervent advocate of inquiry-based learning. In a fitting tribute to an inspiring scientist, ADInstruments and HAPS have established the annual Sam Drogo Technology in the Classroom Award. This award honors an educator who demonstrates the innovative and effective use of technology to engage undergraduate students in human anatomy and physiology education.

London: PowerLab Features at Summer Science Exhibition

21st July 2008 - Researchers from Leeds Metropolitan University's Centre for Pain Research recently took PowerLab along to the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition. The researchers used the equipment to demonstrate their work on the use of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation for pain relief to the general public.
