New pharmacology kit for LabTutor and LabChart experiments

The PTK23-V Pharmacology Kit II is a high quality and cost effective option for student laboratories conducting isolated tissue and pharmacological experiments.

This kit can be used with both LabChart and LabTutor and is ideal for passive and stimulated isolated muscle tissue studies, including drug titrations, drug metabolism and kinetics, dose responses, washout experiments, muscle force, and stress measurements. Thin, non-muscle tissue preparations can also be maintained with this kit.

Each kit includes:

• Student Tissue Bath System:
  • 25 mL tissue organ bath chamber
  • Standard glass tissue hook for strip samples
  • Lower L support with upper triangle support (3-triangle supports)
  • Transducer positoner
  • Buffer aeration system allowing pH stabilization and proper gas tension (to be connected to the lab gas supply)
  • Water bath heating system
• MLTF050/ST Teaching Force Transducer (0-50g)
