Applied Nursing Collection for LabTutor 4.3

2nd November 2011 - The LabTutor Applied Nursing Collection is a new series of learning modules for teaching key physiology and pathophysiology, and how they relate to nursing practice. The Applied Nursing modules integrate patient video interviews, real patient data and clinical test results with related physiology practical sessions.

New teaching system for nursing and medicine

1st June 2011 - The PTB4268 Health Science Teaching System is ideal for nursing and medical courses. Featuring a PowerLab 26T unit, LabTutor software, transducers and accessories, it is designed for undergraduate labs using the Medical Laboratories Collection.

LabTutor Advancing Nursing Education

27th August 2009 - Nursing students can now benefit from the PowerLab LabTutor Teaching System with the introduction of nineteen new experiments designed specifically for teaching laboratories. The Nursing, Nursing (with Dissection) and Nursing Advanced experiments are compatible with the recently released LabTutor v3.

LabTutor v3 and LabAuthor v3: New Features, New Experiments and LabChart v7 Technology

10th August 2009 - LabTutor v3 and LabAuthor v3 now use the latest LabChart 7 technology. Students can now perform signal averaging using Scope View, play media files, use new amplifier and stimulator settings and more within LabTutor experiments. We are also releasing a Nursing Experiments Collection and more than thirty physiology and biology experiments in Korean.

LabTutor Stars in the Nursing Lecture Theatre

9th June 2009 - Educators at the University of East Anglia in the UK have developed a new way of enhancing students' core physiology understanding in healthcare courses. The School of Nursing and Midwifery are using LabTutor PowerLab Systems during their lecture presentations to illustrate physiological principles and engage students.

3rd October 2008 - ADInstruments featured the PowerLab LabTutor Nursing System at 13th National Nurse Education Conference, Sydney Olympic Park, 2008. Substantial interest was shown in the system.
