Spike triggered averaging - new software tip
15th March 2010 - The Scope View Event Mode in LabChart for Windows can be used for the spike-triggered averaging of virtually any signal. Find out how to use the Spike Histogram Module to discriminate a single spike in a multi-unit recording, before averaging it in Scope View. This useful software tip and several others are available to download for free (.PDF).

Latest software update:  LabChart Reader v7.1
11th March 2010 - The new LabChart Reader v7.1 is a free download that allows you to view and perform minor analysis on data files saved in LabChart 7.1 or earlier. LabChart Reader 7.1 is ideal for reviewing data whilst travelling or quickly collaborating with research partners who are interstate or overseas. LabChart Reader 7.1 (Windows) can open and display Scope for both Windows and Mac data. LabChart Reader 7.1 (Macintosh) now has Apple Help topics for dialog and windows, and Apple Help buttons in over 20 locations for direct access to relevant help. Remember to uninstall any previous versions of LabChart Reader prior to installation of LabChart Reader 7.1.
