Radnoti Working Heart System for Mice

The ML870B55 Working Heart System provides all the glassware and acquisition hardware to collect and analyze data from the isolated mouse heart. The glassware features a water-jacketed mouse heart chamber and water-jacketed perfusion lines to ensure that the perfusate solution and the isolated heart are maintained at a constant temperature. The featured 8-channel PowerLab 8/30 is ideal for recording data from isolated heart experiments. Parameters that can be recorded and analyzed using LabChart and LabChart Pro software include LVP, dP/dt, Max and Min dP/dt, LVEDP, ECG, heart rate and many others. • Countries with 115V power service, the Thermo circulator requires a 20 AMPS outlet.
• Countries with 220V power service, the Thermo circulator requires a 15 AMPS outlet.

Data Acquisition and Analysis:
The PowerLab 8/30 is shipped with ADInstruments software (LabChart and Scope), associated manuals and cables. The ML870/P is also supplied with LabChart Pro software which includes all the ADInstruments LabChart Modules (excluding GLP). LabChart Modules provide application specific data acquisition, analysis and display features.
