Galvanic Oxygen Electrode

Galvanic Oxygen Electrode

Overview:

The Galvanic Oxygen Electrode is designed for measuring oxygen concentration in aqueous solutions. The output in air-saturated deionized water is usually between 20 - 35mV at 25ºC with oxygen consumption of 3.45 x 10-13 mol O2/s per mV of signal.  The electrode comprises a platinum cathode and a lead anode connected via an internal 7.5 kΩ resistor.

The Galvanic Oxygen Electrode connects directly to the BNC input of any PowerLab OR can connect to the 8-pin DIN (Pod Port) input on the PowerLab using the MLAC22 BNC to DIN Smart Adapter (included).

Applications:

The MLT1115 Galvanic Oxygen Electrode is designed for measuring the concentration of oxygen in aqueous solution.
