Overview:
The PL3508 PowerLab 8/35 is a high-performance data acquisition system suitable for a wide range of research applications that require up to 8 input channels. Typical applications include human and animal physiology, pharmacology, neurophysiology, biology, zoology, biochemistry, and biomedical engineering. The unit is capable of recording at speeds of up to 400 000 samples per second continuously to disk (aggregate), and is compatible with instruments, signal conditioners and transducers supplied by ADInstruments, as well as many other brands. In addition to standard single-ended BNC inputs, the PowerLab 8/35 features 4 differential Pod ports that allow for direct connection of Pod signal conditioners and appropriate transducers.
The PowerLab 8/35 is shipped with ADInstruments software (LabChart) and associated manuals and cables. Also available is the PL3508/P PowerLab 8/35 with LabChart Pro which includes all ADInstruments LabChart Modules (excludes GLP software). For more information about these modules visit the LabChart Pro page or contact your nearest ADInstruments representative.
PowerLabs manufactured by ADInstruments are approved to strict international safety standards, and tested by independent certification bodies. They are designed, manufactured and serviced under the internationally recognized ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
