Overview:
The 273-0016-001 Analog Temperature Output Adapter (Option R12) is used to convert a digital telemetry Temperature signal from a single channel DSI Temperature Transmitter to an AC coupled analog voltage signal, interfaced to a PowerLab data acquisition system through a BNC connection.
When using a DSI Telemetry Transmitter to collect both digital telemetry ECG and digital telemetry Temperature signals, the Analog ECG Output Adapter (Option R08) may be used in series with the Analog Temperature Output Adapter (Option R12) to recover uncalibrated Analog Voltage signals which may be interfaced to a PowerLab data acquisition system through a BNC connection.
Signal Provided:
A 0.2 Hz low-pass filtered, un-calibrated Temperature signal provided as:
1) a 0-4 V analog voltage signal via a BNC connector, and
2) a digital telemetry Temperature signal via an RJ45 Conductor Cable to the Data Exchange Matrix
Compatible DSI Telemetry Transmitters – with Temperature:
• TA-F20
• TA-F40
• TA-F50
• ETA-F20
• CTA-F40
• CTA-D70
Supplied with:
• 1x 264-0018-001 RJ45 Conductor Cable, 4 meter
Ordering and Interface Components:
Customers should ensure they have ALL of the following components for connectivity to a PowerLab and collection of analog Temperature data:
• 1x PowerLab data acquisition system
• 2x MLAC01 BNC-BNC Cables per RPC-1 receiver
• Compatible DSI Telemetry Transmitter
• 1x 272-6001-001 RPC-1 receiver per DSI Telemetry Transmitter
