The DMT310A Single Wire Myograph features a single chamber (10ml), temperature control, ports for oxygenation and removal of solution. The unit is suitable for the examination of vessels/tubular structures of diameters greater than 60 µm. This model has a window in the base, which is ideal for use with a microscope for morphological and fluorescence measurements.
The DMT310A comes with a control unit, temperature control, built-in high-resolution force transducer and micrometer. The control unit has an analog output which can be connected directly to a PowerLab BNC input. The
Single Wire Myograph System is also available and includes a PowerLab data acquisition system,
LabChart Pro and DMT310A.
