The DMT510A Auto Dual Wire Myograph is suitable for simultaneous testing of two vessels/tubular structures (> 60 µm) exposed to identical drug concentrations. The chamber (10ml) can also be divided for separate drug tests at the same time. A window in the base of the chamber provides access for morphological fluorescence measurements.
This unit features automated control of the micropositioners and the ability to automate and determine passive length-tension relationships of the vessels.
The DMT510A comes with a control unit, temperature control, built-in high-resolution force transducer and micrometer. The control unit has analog outputs which can be connected directly to a PowerLab BNC inputs. The
Auto Dual Wire Myograph System is also available and includes a PowerLab data acquisition system,
LabChart Pro and DMT510A.
