The ML870B101 Telemetry Dual Biopotential Foundation System contains the hardware and software to record and analyze up to two biopotentials (such as ECG, EMG or EEG), as well as body temperature, from a single conscious animal. The system includes the ML319
TR Scheduler Pod and LabChart Scheduler Extension, allowing the user to program recording periods and change between receiver frequencies. This system allows the user to record and analyze biopotentials from up to 12 individual transmitters/animals.
No transmitters are included in this system. Customers will need to select the number, type and size (small or large animal) of transmitter, and order these items separately.
- Each receiver can receive from only one transmitter at a time (on any one of 12 frequencies).
- The Scheduler Pod & Scheduler Extension allows automated switching of the receiver between transmitter frequencies, allowing a single receiver to be used with up to 12 animals/transmitters.

- Transmitter is fully implantable
- Includes a high gain amplifier, analog to digital converter (2 kHz sampling frequency)
- Transmitter power-down in situ, via the receiver, to conserve and extend battery life of the battery
- Transmission range is up to 5 meters
- Each transmitter is programmed with one of 12 independent transmitting frequencies
- A single transmission frequency is required for both transmitter channels
- Battery is easily recharged using the MLE1005WPC Wireless Power Charger Pad and Controller (TR801).
- A battery indicator on the front panel of the receiver indicates battery power level (for individual transmitter battery specifications see the MLE1012 and MLE1013 product pages)

The PowerLab 8/30 is shipped with ADInstruments software (LabChart and Scope), associated manuals and cables. The ML870/P is also supplied with LabChart Pro Modules software which includes all the ADInstruments LabChart Modules (excluding GLP). LabChart Modules provide application specific data acquisition, analysis and display features.

In purchasing this system containing LabChart Pro entitles the purchaser to 5 years of FREE LabChart Pro software upgrades and updates. Purchasers are also entitled to any ADInstruments modules released during this 5 year period (excludes GLP software).
