Mouse Working Heart Ultimate System

The ML880B56-V Mouse Working Heart Ultimate System provides all the glassware and acquisition hardware to collect and analyze data from the isolated heart of mice.

• The glassware features a water-jacketed heart chamber and water-jacketed perfusion lines to ensure that the perfusate solution and the isolated heart are maintained at a constant temperature.
• The 16-channel ML880/P PowerLab 16/30 is ideal for recording data from isolated heart experiments and includes ADInstruments LabChart and LabChart Pro analysis software.
• The system includes Mikro-Tip pressure catheters along with an inline Transonic flow system.

Parameters recorded and analyzed using LabChart and LabChart Pro Modules include left ventricular pressure and end-diastolic pressure, Max and Min dP/dt, cardiac electrical activity (ECG), heart rate, flow, pH and oxygen concentration. • Countries with 115V power service, the Thermo circulator requires a 20 AMPS outlet.

Data Acquisition and Analysis:
The PowerLab 8/30 is shipped with ADInstruments software (LabChart and Scope), associated manuals and cables. The ML880/P is also supplied with LabChart Pro software which includes all the ADInstruments LabChart Modules (excluding GLP). LabChart Modules provide application specific data acquisition, analysis and display features.
