The MLE1012 Dual Biopotential/Temp Transmitter (Small Animal, TR40BB) amplifies two incoming Biopotential signals (ECG, EMG, EEG or EOG), as well as body temperature, from a single animal and converts them to digital signals for wireless transmission. This transmitter is used with the MLE1052
Wireless Dual Biopotential/Temperature Receiver (TR102). To make scheduled recordings the ML319
TR Scheduler Pod connected to a PowerLab and LabChart are required.
This transmitter can be used with the
Applications:
- for use in animals >250 gms such as rats, guinea pigs, hamsters
- measure any two biopotentials such as ECG, EEG, EMG and EOG
- measure body temperature
Features:
- Transmitter is fully implantable
- Measure biopotentials and temperature simultaneously
- Includes a high gain amplifier, analog to digital converter (2 kHz sampling frequency)
- Transmitter power-down in situ, via the receiver, to conserve and extend battery life
- Transmission range is up to 5 meters
- Each transmitter programmed with one of 12 independent transmitting frequencies
- A single transmission frequency is required for both transmitter channels
- Battery is easily recharged in approximately 90 minutes (minimum) using the MLE1005WPC Wireless Power Charger Pad and Controller (TR801)
- A battery indicator on the front panel of the receiver indicates battery power level
