Respiratory Flow Head 1000 L

Overview:

The MLT1000L Respiratory Flow Head is a 1000 L/min respiratory flowhead suitable for use on adults during exercise or for lung function tests. The Flowhead is constructed from ABS plastic and contains an interchangeable stainless steel wire gauze and weighs 260 gms.

It can be used with the ML141 Spirometer or ML311 Spirometer Pod.

Features:

• A fine gauze mesh
• Laminar airflow through the mesh produces a pressure differential which is linearly proportional to the velocity
• Fine gauze mesh rapidly equilibrates in temperature with the air to reduce problems of condensation
• Rugged design allows washing and cold-sterilization techniques to be used for cleaning

Applications:

The 1000L respiratory flow head is suitable for adults for pulmonary function experiments, respiratory and airflow measurements and exercise testing.
