Response Meter (6m)

Overview:

The MLT1601/ST Response Meter (6m) has a slide control with a 10-point Likert scale that provides the subject with the ability to quantify their response to a range of different stimuli. The Response Meter connects directly to a DIN input of a PowerLab data acquisition unit and the response is recorded by the LabChart software. Several Response Meters can be connected to the PowerLab, which allows multiple subjects to respond simultaneously to the same stimuli.

System Compatibility
The Response Meter connects to any PowerLab hardware units with Pod ports (8-pin DIN inputs). PowerLab units without Pod ports require the ML305 Pod Expander. The MLT1601/ST Response Meter (6m) is supported by the following versions of software:

• LabChart v7.0 or later for Windows/Macintosh
• LabTutor v3.0 or later for Windows

The Response Meter is used to quantify a subject’s subjective responses to various stimuli in psychophysiology studies such as stimulus presentation and evoked response studies. Several Response Meters can be simultaneously used to compare responses between subjects.
