Radnoti 4 Chamber Tissue-Organ Bath

Overview:

The 159920-X1/C Radnoti four chamber organ bath system includes innovative High-Tech Tissue Organ Baths, a 2 L water-jacketed reservoir, support stand, oxygenating bubbler and transducer positioners. The system includes the unique water-jacketed tubing ensuring a constant perfusate temperature throughout the system.

The High-Tech Tissue Organ Baths are supplied in a variety of volumes including 5, 10, 25, 50,100, 200 or 300ml. The modular system construction and connection allows for the simultaneous use of different sized chambers. All chambers contain a preheating coil within a thick water-jacketed wall in order to maintain the temperature of the physiological solution.Each chamber also has a drain-plug (stopcock) for rapid flushing and an overflow port that allows for experiments requiring constant flow of solute.

The organ baths are provided complete with a glass hook tissue support and a removable oxygen disperser tube with a Teflon needle that is used to provide accurate gas adjustment.

This four chamber organ bath may be ordered separately or as part of the ADInstruments Tissue-Organ Bath Systems, which are supplied with data acquisition hardware and software, bridge amplifiers and transducers ideal for pharmacological and physiological research.
