R11CPA
The Calibrated Pressure Analog Adapter (R11CPA) is used to convert a digital absolute pressure signal to a 0-5 V calibrated analog voltage signal, which may be interfaced to a PowerLab data acquisition system through a BNC connection.

The R11CPA unit can be connected to a Data Exchange Matrix (DEM) unit for power and digital signal acquisition, or can be used without a DEM unit when using the E13659 Power Supply.

The R11CPA unit provides a factory calibrated absolute pressure signal which is not zeroed to atmospheric pressure, and must be used in conjunction with the Ambient Pressure Reference unit (APR-1) in order to produce an atmospheric pressure subtracted (gauge pressure) signal.

Signal Provided:
The R11CPA unit provides a calibrated absolute pressure signal available as:
1) a 0-5 V calibrated analog voltage signal of 1 V per 100 mmHg, with 1 V=0 mmHg, via a BNC connector, and
2) a calibrated digital pressure signal via an RJ45 Conductor Cable to the Data Exchange Matrix

APR-1
The 275-0020-001 Ambient Pressure Reference unit (APR-1) measures atmospheric pressure to provide baseline subtraction for the absolute pressure measured by the implanted DSI Telemetry Transmitters, and is necessary to calculate gauge pressure with the R11CPA unit.

• 1x 264-0018-001 RJ45 Conductor Cable, 4 meter
• 1x 264-0018-002 RJ45 Conductor Cable, 1 meter

APR-1 is supplied with
• 1x 264-0018-002 RJ45 Conductor Cable, 1 meter

Optional Extras:
E13659 Power Supply – for use in powering R11CPA units
The R11CPA unit can be connected to a DEM for power, or can be used without a DEM unit when using the E13659 Power Supply (part number: 370-0029-001 for E13659 110 VAC version; and part number: 370-0030-001 for E13659 220 VAC version)

Note: The E13659 Power Supply can power:
• up to ten R11CPA units and receivers in series, if connected using 1 meter RJ45 Conductor Cables
• up to four R11CPA units and receivers in series, if connected using 4 meter RJ45 Conductor Cables
