The DMT120CW Confocal Wire Myograph is specifically designed for obtaining highly resolved images of fluorescent dyes within living tissues (> 60 µm) using laser-scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM). In combination with LSCM, simultaneous measurements of isometric forces and intracellular Calcium or pH can be made. The DMT120CW includes a control unit with temperature control, built-in high-resolution force transducer and micrometer.
The control unit has analog output which can be connected directly to a PowerLab BNC input. The
Confocal Wire Myograph System is also available and includes a PowerLab data acquisition system,
LabChart Pro and DMT120CW. Optical components are NOT included.
