Exercise Physiology System

Overview:

The ML870B80 Exercise Physiology System is a complete physiology recording system for monitoring cardiorespiratory and metabolic function during exercise. The system records and displays continuous real-time measurements of metabolic parameters such as CO₂ and O₂ concentrations, airflow, temperature of respired air, ECG or EMG. The Exercise Physiology System includes an 8-channel PowerLab, Gas Analyzer, Signal Conditioners, Accessories and the Metabolic Module (Win and Mac) for LabChart software. The Metabolic Module is ideal for online or offline calculation of metabolic parameters such as VCO₂, VO₂, respiratory exchange ratio (RER) and minute ventilation.

Data Acquisition and Analysis:
The PowerLab 8/30 is shipped with ADInstruments software (LabChart and Scope), associated manuals and cables. The ML870/P is also supplied with LabChart Pro software which includes all the ADInstruments LabChart Modules (excluding GLP). LabChart Modules provide application specific data acquisition, analysis and display features.
