Biopotential Subsidiary Receiver (TR101SUB)

Biopotential Subsidiary Receiver (TR101SUB)

Overview:

The MLE1051SUB Biopotential Subsidiary Receiver (TR101SUB) is for use ONLY with the MLE1051 Biopotential Master Receiver Controller (TR101) when performing continuous data recording from more than one transmitter. The MLE1051SUB performs an analog reconstruction of the digital signal from the following Telemetry Biopotential Transmitters:
The MLE1051SUB Biopotential Subsidiary Receiver (TR101SUB) is used with the ML880B103 Telemetry Biopotential Foundation System for research using rats through to rabbits.

Key Advantages:
  • Easily connects to a PowerLab data acquisition system (Output voltage ±3V)
  • Record biopotential and temperature signals simultaneously
  • Receiver range of up to 5 meters
  • Real time and offline analysis of data using PowerLab and LabChart
  • Schedule data collection using the ML319 TR Scheduler Pod and TR Scheduler Extension for LabChart
  • Collect data from multiple transmitters using the ML319 TR Scheduler Pod and Extension software
  • Each Transmitter sends data on a separate frequency, allowing animals to be co-housed without shielding
  • Receiver provides control of the transmitters, to activate, or initiate sleep mode when no data is required, thereby extending the charge of the transmitter battery.
Accessories:
  • The MLE1150 Telemetry Antenna Extension (TRAntX) for Telemetry Receivers consists of a four metre extension cable between receiver and antenna. The antenna extension enables the antenna to be placed closer to the animal in large animal cages, in situations where the receiver cannot be placed near cage.
Due to patent restrictions, Telemetry Research products are not available in all regions. Please see note below or contact your ADInstruments representative for more details.

ADInstruments CANNOT sell Telemetry Research BLOOD PRESSURE devices into Canada (as at June 2009).

Features:

  • Two analog BNC outputs of the filtered biopotential (ECG, EEG, EOG, EMG)and temperature signals measured within the transmitter (for connecting to a PowerLab).
  • User-selectable low-pass (100-4000 Hz) and high-pass (0.1-100 Hz) filters for the biopotential signal
  • A user-selectable switch to receive signals from 12 independent transmitter frequencies
  • A manual switch to power down transmitters wirelessly, extending battery life

Applications:

The MLE1051SUB Biopotential Subsidiary Receiver (TR101SUB) is for use ONLY with the MLE1051 Biopotential
Master Receiver Controller (TR101) when performing continuous data recording from more than one transmitter.

The MLE1051 Biopotential Master Receiver Controller (TR101) is used with the ML880B103 Telemetry Biopotential Foundation System to record and analyze one biopotential signal such as ECG EMG, EOG or EEG, as well as body temperature, wirelessly from individual compatible telemetry transmitters in rats through to rabbits..

For more information about this application see the Telemetry page.
