SpO2 Ear Clip

Overview:

The MLT322 SpO₂ Ear Clip is for human use and includes a 3 meter extension cable and is supplied in the ML320/E Oximeter Pod (Ear Clip).  The SpO₂ is based on patented Nonin Technology. The MLT321 SpO₂ Finger Clip is also available separately.
 

Features:

• Connects to the 9 pin D-type connector at the rear of the Oximeter Pod
• Short pulses of light at two different frequencies are transmitted through the tissue from semiconductor light emitting diodes in the transducer
• The intensity of the transmitted light signal is scaled to read in % SpO₂

Applications:

• Designed for applications where little transducer motion is expected
• Measure blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) in ear
  
• The MLT322 SpO₂ Ear Clip is suitable for use in subjects over 40 kg (81 lb)
