Muscle Strip Myograph w/Touch Screen

Overview:

The DMT820MS Muscle Strip Myograph w/Touch Screen represents the first state-of-the-art 4-Channel myograph system for muscle strips of up 15 mm in length. The system is developed for simultaneous measurements of up to four isolated skeletal or other muscle preparations, mounted as a strip between clamp supports. Several types of mounting supports exist depending on the users preferences contact your nearest ADInstruments representative for assistance.

The rectangular shape of the chambers in the 'muscle unit' can also be used for the study of larger strips of various organs including larger pieces of smooth muscle.  Each chamber insert unit has individually controlled gas inflow and solution suction and is made of high quality stainless steel to simplify cleaning. The system is automatically heated to a given set temperature above ambient.

The DMT820MS comes with a built-in control unit with temperature control, built-in high-resolution force transducers and micrometers. The unit has analog outputs which can be connected directly to any PowerLab BNC input for data acquisition and analysis using LabChart software.

Warranty Exclusion

• DMT force and pressure transducers, either separately or part of myograph systems manufactured by DMT A/S, are disclaimed from any warranty

The DMT100192 Automated Buffer Filler System 2 (625FS), which can be additionally purchased, is an optional add-on to any 4-chanel myographs that provides an automatic, reliable and consistent way to replace buffer in the bath chambers.
