Overview:


The MLS395/7 Circadian Analysis Module for Windows analyzes data with a daily pattern, and generates graphical and tabular views of the daily and averaged circadian data. This module is useful for analyzing data with a daily pattern.

The Circadian Analysis Module should be used with the latest version of LabChart.

The Circadian Analysis Module is also available as part of LabChart Pro. The LabChart Pro software package includes all LabChart Modules. Existing LabChart users and PowerLab system purchasers can upgrade to LabChart Pro at a special price. If you need more information please contact your ADInstruments Representative.

  • Analysis of day-by-day data over multiple channels.
  • Automatic circadian data averaging.
  • Allows analysis of continuous, intermittent or calculated data.
  • Customizable circadian period start time and length.
  • Circadian Analysis Settings dialog allows selection of channels to be included for analysis, adjustment of time settings including day length, start time and averaging interval, enable and configure data exclusion filter and light on/off shading feature in the Averaging View.
  • Optional data exclusion filter to ignore datas that falls out of range.
  • Analysis Averaging View plots averaging interval data for single or multiple channels. Channels can be viewed in whole or separately. All day plots are displayed as an overlay on top of the average day. Users can select specific days and values for any specific point in time by selecting it from the highlight drop-down list, hovering or clicking on the trace.
  • Circadian Analysis Table View automatically displays calculated parameters for each single days, as well as determining an average day. Users can tab through the Table View for different channels. Parameters calculated and displayed includes:
    • Maximum
    • Minimum
    • Maximum-Minimum
    • Time at Maximum
    • Time at Minimum
    • Mean
  • Exportable Analysis Averaging View plot and Table View as text or image formats.
  • In-build Getting Started Tutorial that guides users through each module features using either their own data file or a supplied sample data file.
