LabChart Modules
are LabChart software add-ons that provide highly specialized data acquisition and analysis features for specific applications, for example analysis of heart rate variability from a recorded ECG signal. Full licensed versions or free evaluation copies of LabChart Modules can be downloaded using the links below.
Blood Pressure
– WindowsThe Blood Pressure Module automatically detects, analyzes and reports a set of cardiovascular parameters from arterial or ventricular pressure signals, online or offline.

Cardiac Output
– WindowsAllows for cardiac output calculations to be easily derived from a LabChart recording of a thermodilution curve. It calculates cardiac output, baseline temperature, area under the thermodilution curve and baseline slope correction.

Circadian Analysis
– WindowsThe Circadian Analysis Module analyzes LabChart recordings with a daily pattern, and generates graphical and tabular views of the daily and averaged circadian data.

DMT Normalization
– Macintosh or WindowsThe DMT Normalization Module is used when performing in vitro experiments on isolated vessels with Danish Myo Technology (DMT) wire myographs. The module is used to calculate and set the optimal pretension conditions for microvessels or other tubular tissues prior to commencing experiments.

Dose Response
– WindowsThe Dose Response Module allows for the calculation of dose response type data from LabChart recordings, automatically or manually, offline or online.

ECG Analysis
– WindowsDetects and reports the onset, amplitude and interval times of PQRST from human and animal ECG signals.

Peak Analysis
– WindowsThe Peak Analysis Module provides automatic detection and analysis of multiple, but not overlapping, signal waveforms from recordings, online or offline.
PV Loop
– WindowsThe PV Loop Module records and analyzes left ventricular pressure and volume data for hemodynamic research in animals. It enables the calculation of loop area and a wide range of hemodynamic parameters, during and after sampling.
