Cardiovascular Function in Humans
PowerLab data acquisition systems can be used in undergraduate teaching laboratories to easily and effectively demonstrate cardiovascular function in human subjects.
The PowerLab system and accompanying bioamplifiers (Bio Amp, Dual Bio Amp and Dual Bio Amp/Stimulator) are safe for human use. PowerLab can be used to record the following parameters in human subjects:
- Non-Invasive Blood Pressure: Sphygmomanometer with a Piezo Electric Pulse Transducer
- ECG: Disposable or Reusable ECG Electrodes and Chest ECG Electrodes (Suction)
- Heart Sounds: Electronic Stethoscope, Cardio Microphone
