Photosynthesis - Carbon Dioxide Fixation (Korean)
In this experiment, students will measure the rate of photosynthesis by recording the pH change in a buffered solution. The pH change is due to the Elodea cells changing in their rate of respiration, carbon dioxide production, with a change in their exposure to differing light intensity as well as complete light exclusion.

Students will:
- Calibrate a pH probe for use with LabTutor and PowerLab
- Explain how a change in light intensity affects the rate of photosynthesis in Elodea
- Explain how the change in pH reflects carbon fixation by Elodea
