Cardiorespiratory Effects of Exercise (Korean)
The recording of numerous physiological variables related to the cardiorespiratory system is included in this laboratory. Students will first practice manual measurements of blood pressure. They will then setup their equipment to record ECG and respiratory variables (respiratory volume and rate). The exercise phase of the lab involves measurement of all these variables in a single volunteer at rest and exercising on a bicycle ergometer at low, medium and high intensities, followed by a recovery period.

Measurements of cardiorespiratory responses to increasing intensities of exercise.
Analysis of collected data is in three stages:
- Blood pressure changes
- Respiration and heart rate changes
- Cardiac cycle (ECG)
