Platinum Service & Support Plan

ADInstruments offer a range of five (5) Year Support and Service Plans that extend the standard ADInstruments three (3) year hardware warranty and includes FREE support for the period of the plan.

The Support and Service Plan provides the user with five (5) years of the following benefits:

  1. Technical Support

    For the period of this plan the customer has access to FREE phone and email technical support from ADInstruments.
  2. Hardware Warranty*

    This plan extends the standard three year warranty period and entitles the customer to free repairs and servicing of ADInstruments PowerLab units, Front-end and Pod amplifiers*. This includes free parts, labor and calibration of the units. The purchaser must ship the defective product at their own expense with ADInstruments paying the return shipping costs
    * Only ADInstruments manufactured products covered and within the standard three (3) year warranty are eligible.

The following are the Platinum 5 year Support and Service Plans available.

  • MLX1001

    Platinum 5 year Support and Service Plan (4-10 units)
  • MLX1002

    Platinum 5 year Support and Service Plan (11-20 units)
  • MLX1003

    Platinum 5 year Support and Service Plan (>20 units)

Any mechanical damage or damage caused by misuse is excluded from this warranty. See standard warranty conditions for details.
