Chart & LabChart Configuration Information

Use the information below to help locate your Chart or LabChart configuration information.

The configuration information is located within the Chart or LabChart software under the 'Help' menu item. Then select 'Configuration Information'.

Be sure to copy and paste any information in this screen to either Notepad or TextEditor, or a similar text editing application. Then save the file it was copied into an add it to the zip file for sending to us.
