Chart Application: LabChart 5 for Macintosh

 
     Update Software

The current version of the Chart Application is 5.5.6. The updates below update any earlier release of LabChart 5 to LabChart v5.5.6. If you are using an older version of LabChart (ie LabChart v4.2.4 or earlier) then you will have to buy an upgrade. To download this update, use the link below. Your existing LabChart license will continue to work with this new version.

Downloading of updates is free for Chart users but requires a password. If you do not have a password register here. (If you have forgotten your password, click here).

Release Notes for Chart v5.5.6

Chart v5.5.6 is compatible with Mac OS X v10.1 or later. Chart v5.5.6 is required for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard).

    Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Compatibility
Chart v5.5.6 adds support for Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard). This version addresses issues on Leopard in the following areas:
  • Stability after sampling
  • Front-end detection on the PowerLab Teaching Series when using USB 2.0
  • Displaying the Experiments Gallery
  • Chart's 'Software Update' feature

    PowerLab Teaching Series
  • The reliability when sampling at 40 kHz or 100 kHz in conjunction with the external trigger marker has been improved.
  • The reliability when sampling at 40 kHz or 100 kHz with the mains filter on has been improved.
