Export QuickTime Extension: Chart 5 for Windows

Issues Addressed
Exporting Movies

Improved saving with "separate cursor file" option off in QuickTime 6 or later.

End data now always exported regardless of sampling rate/frame rate ratio.

Short blocks of data are saved correctly, previously this could fail with some frame rate options.

Movie Display

Updated the cursor readout to read " Out of range" for invalid data.

Time is now displayed to the same number of decimal places as the Chart data, previously values were rounded.

Improved units display in movie channels.
