Peak Parameters is a Chart extension which determines a number of parameters for an individual peak. Parameters calculated include peak height, width, slope, and various time parameters. Typical uses include the determination of:
- Cardiac action potential parameters. - Tissue contractility parameters. - IPSP/EPSP - inhibitory and excitatory post synaptic potential parameters. - Any other physiological data that has a baseline - event - baseline format.
This extension can be used either manually where a user selects a peak of interest and extracts parameters from it, or semi- automatically using a macro to select successive peaks and transfer the data to the Data Pad.
Peak Parameters is available to download as an installer from the Extension File link below. The installer will put the extension into the Chart Extensions folder and the User‘s Guide into the Documentation folder.
