The DMT Normalization Module provides additional functionality to LabChart when performing in vitro experiments on isolated vessels with Danish Myo Technology wire myographs. The module calculates the 'normalized' internal circumference, and from this the micrometer setting at which a vessel will have suitable initial wall tension.
