The Spike Histogram Module for LabChart 6 allows analysis of extracellularly-recorded neural spike activity. Discrimination of spikes in multi-unit recordings is done on the basis of both height and width. Temporal patterns of Spike activity are displayed in rate meter plots, interval histograms (ISI) and peristimulus (PST) histograms. For further information see the Spike Histogram Module page.
