The Spike Histogram Module for Chart 5 allows analysis of extracellularly-recorded neural spike activity. Discrimination of spikes in multi-unit recordings is done on the basis of both height and width. Temporal patterns of Spike activity are displayed in rate meter plots, interval histograms (ISI) and peristimulus (PST) histograms.
