Virtual Education Lunch & Learn Sessions
Join us for our monthly lunch and learn sessions. The purpose of each session is to encourage pedagogy discussion with peers. Each session includes a discussion on best practices and pedagogical principles rooted in educational practice to increase collaboration in the science education community. These sessions are hosted virtually over zoom.
Meet Your Hosts

Hailey Angus has a master’s degree in modern human anatomy with a teaching certificate in Anatomical sciences. She has an extensive interest in science education. She strives to improve student experiences in and out of the classroom through research backed education practices. She believes that if all of our students are given the tools needed to be successful in learning, then our scientific and medical professional communities can be more representative of the general public.

Kaitlynn Arnholt is ADInstruments’ chemistry education specialist with a passion for increasing student engagement and persistence in STEM fields. Due to her academic and professional experiences, she believes that harnessing the power of technology in the classroom can help bridge knowledge gaps, ignite curiosity, and facilitate deeper understanding among students. This allows students to develop a strong science identity and mindset that will equip them to be informed members of society that can help solve complex problems.
