Provides increased functionality of measuring dissolved O2 and CO2 in a Krebs buffer solution gassed with carbogen (95% O2/5% CO2) of an isolated perfused circuit, such as the Langendorff and Working Heart systems.
Overview
The Isolated Perfusion O2 & CO2 Kit is an add-on that provides increased functionality of measuring dissolved O2 and CO2 in a Krebs buffer solution gassed with carbogen (95% O2/5% CO2) of an isolated perfused circuit, such as the Langendorff and Working Heart systems. Measurements can be made at appropriate and meaningful locations of that perfusion circuit. It includes:
- Millivolt Adaptor (DIN)
- O2 Adaptor (100, DIN)
- Carbon Dioxide Microelectrode (Dip-Type, RGT)
- Oxygen Microelectrode (Dip-Type, RGT)
- O2 Membrane Kit (Dip-Type, RGT-MI-730)
- CO2 Membrane Kit (Dip-Type, RGT-MI-720)
This kit connects to two DIN inputs of any PowerLab or via the DIN inputs of a Pod Expander (4 ports). Appropriate Water Jacketed Flow Through Electrode Holders are recommended and available for purchase separately.
