System Requirements
We recommend the following as minimum system requirements for data sampling in Lt:
- Windows 8 or later
- 2GB RAM minimum, 4GB recommended
- Modern Intel or AMD Desktop CPU having 2 or more cores
- 5GB free hard disk space
- Available USB port (version 2 or later)
- Broadband internet connection
If you run into issues while installing the kuraCloud Desktop Application (available here), you may have to verify you have adequate permissions to make changes on those devices and also turn off or disable anti-virus software until the kuraCloud Desktop installation is complete (read more here).
Internet Browsers
We recommend using the latest versions of Google Chrome for the best sampling experience.
The following browsers are supported:
- Google Chrome (Latest)
- Mozilla Firefox (Latest)
- Microsoft Edge (Latest)
Unsupported Configurations:
- Virtual Machines
- Thin Clients
- Reboot-to-restore / reimaging technologies (ie Deep Freeze)
- Enforced proxies
