Whilst it was never possible to estimate CO & TPR when the hNIBP was first released, it is now possible to do this using the Non Invasive Cardiac Output LabChart add-on (https://www.adinstruments.com/products/non-invasive-cardiac-output).
This can be used both online and offline and requires a standard arterial BP trace to function. This can be obtained through our hNIBP system, any other 3rd party system which measures arterial BP (Finometer for example) or an arterial line.
Stroke volume (SV) can also be estimated using this method. LabChart v8.1.10 is required to use this software extension.
