The Instrument Interface, as its name suggests, is intended for use with 3rd party analog instruments, such as the Transonic System, or amplifiers from AM-Systems. It is not intended for use with transducers that only output a comparatively small analog signal. That said it will record a signal from any analog device it is connected to.
