Customers who wish to use the Equivital LifeMonitor outside of the IP67 rating (30 minutes max in water, to a depth of 1 meter) do so at their own risk. If using the Equivital LifeMonitor in either a swimming pool or salt water no ECG will be recorded due to the salt levels in the water. Real-time monitoring during swimming is not possible as the Bluetooth transmission will not work through the water.
