Yes, you can connect two separate MLAC60 Magstim Interface Cables to the two independent outputs on a PowerLab 35-series and trigger two Magstim units independently. Interstimulus timing can be controlled by manipulating the ‘Start Delay’ property in the ‘Stimulator’ dialog.
