The desiccant media should be replaced when the silica gel crystals in the media changes color from blue to pink. New desiccant media (P/N: MLA6025) can be purchased directly from ADInstruments.
To replace the desiccant media, perform the following steps:
- Remove all tubing from the cartridge's fittings
- Remove snap-lock door on cartridge
- Empty spent desiccant
- Refill with new desiccant
- Replace snap-lock door
