How can I connect my clinical monitor to an ADInstruments PowerLab for acquisition in LabChart?

As long as your clinical monitor has an analog output (with a ± 10 Volt or lower range) in a form that can be adapted to terminate in a BNC connector (see below), you can acquire data in real-time with a PowerLab. Check with the manufacturer of your specific clinical monitor regarding the available analog output options.

If there is no analog output available for your monitor, we recommend asking the manufacturer if there is a way to export the data collected by the monitor in the form of a *.txt file. A *.txt file with time in the first column and values in subsequent columns can be imported directly into LabChart after recording is complete.
