If you would like to take a previously created macro from one file and apply it to another, just open the LabChart file which does not yet contain the macro. In this LabChart file, choose Macro menu > Manage... and click the Import button.
Next, you will have the option to select the LabChart file containing the macro. Note that you will first select the LabChart file, then you can choose which macro(s) you would like to import.
