An individual lesson or entire module can be exported as a .kura using the Export function of the gear menu, when viewing the individual settings of that lesson or module (Lessons / Modules > Lesson / Module of interest > Gear menu).
Individual lessons or modules can be imported from the Lessons or Modules card by using the Import function of the gear menu under Lessons / Modules > Gear menu.
