How to reset the hardware within Lt when I have trouble with sampling

When experiencing issues with sampling, the Reset Hardware workflow will solve most issues. Hold [Shift] and select the Start button on the Data or Scope Panel to show the additional options.

Select Reset Hardware in the popup.

Follow the instructions on screen, select Next Step after each instruction.


 

Once these steps have been completed select Continue and the page will be refreshed.

Attempt to sample again to see if your problem has been solved. If issues persist please contact your local ADInstruments support representative.
