Video Panels in Lt have no separate Toolbar for controlling Video Playback - controlling Video Panels is instead done via keyboard shortcuts.
You can view the Controls for Video Files in Lt on a Windows or Mac OS machine by mousing over the Video Window and pressing the '+' key on your computer's keyboard:
Press the '+' key to hide the menu again.
